Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. Room was clean, big. Beds were very comfy fell asleep instantly. And my children did too. Shower was nice and had all facilities. The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

Loved the location/neighborhood with proximity to the downtown area but privacy while spending time at the house. The size is great, outside property very nice. Plenty of street parking for folks who drive, but easy public transportation access for folks who use that to get in/around.

The beautiful courtyard where I ate breakfast, and sitting with my mug of tea on the upper deck. Beautiful old home. I also liked that the kitchen was fully available, and preparing breakfast from all the options set out and in the fridge felt like I was part of a home. You can easily make a packed lunch to take with. Really liked the large walk-in shower, and having a bottle of water available in the room. The hosts were very attentive. It is a great location with very convenient access to Fullerton Station, and right next to the DePaul University campus.
