United StatesThe staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

There were well thought little details. All was new or well maintained. The location was a walking distance (1-2 mins) to Wegmans grocery that has all the food, pharmacy products and liquor you might need. The hot tube and the swimming pool were great. The gym was great.
