The breakfast was full of variety with ample quantity of food and drinks. Overall satisfied with the ambience, cleanliness and servings. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help out for any requests. Keep up the good work guys ( Ulmas, Rafik, Babur and Malika)

Very clean and comfortable room and hotel. Staff was extremely nice and professional, they helped us in everything we needed (even they solved a mistake we made on our reservation) Pool was very nice after a hot day visiting the city. Registan Square and other important places to visit are 10 minutes walking, it's a perfect location in Samarcanda. They provided us a very comfortable transfer to get the train station. I recomend this hotel to everybody in the city.

    Excellent room, especially bathroom and electric curtains. Staff made it - the waiters in the Lounge Bar which is 24/7 were very attentive and high quality. Some of the reception staff were very good especially Gozul and Jurabek. Doston in sky bar was great. Some staff at reception spent a lot of times on their phone rather than looking to help visitors.

    The property was fabulous outstanding ambient. staff was so help full . breakfast was super. What ever we asked they provided us. the photos are exactly but i real its more then your expectation. i must recommend for it the best place with super romantic spa. the manager him self provided us complimentary privet jacuzzi. amazing and say and really great experience to stay.
