Honestly one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had on this trip. Everything feels brand new — room layout smart, bed huge, and cleaning spotless. Staff absolutely lovely, helped me with tour booking and even called a driver when I overslept for the ferry (oops). Location couldn’t be better, right near everything but not noisy. Rooftop jacuzzi = heaven after hiking Cat Ba National Park. I didn’t even mind that breakfast was simple — coffee and eggs hit the spot. Felt like a mini retreat in the middle of town. Highly recommend!

The greenery space is very refreshing, in the picture it was already captivating, but being there is even more delightful. The room is neat and tidy, the essential oil scent is very pleasant, and the staff are extremely friendly. Ginger, the dog, is intelligent and friendly, a loyal Golden Retriever breed.

Really nice family, invited me and others for special dinner and drinks. Afterwards karaoke of course. Dorm Was basic but clean. Outside of cat ba town, easy to Reach by moto, which you can rent there very cheap. Kinda incredible price

3 things we love : 1) The View We were blown away by the mesmerising view from our rooms and from the Panoramic Viewpoint! 2) Facilities Love the room and toilet with lots of table top space. The onsen with 7 different pools and heated indoor pool were great for indoor activities on cloudy days. 3) Staff There is actually a staff assigned to take care of us during our stay! Quyen, the receptionist in charge of our stay, had been most helpful and prompt in helping solve our various issues. We had booked a transfer to town and were told to WhatsApp the staff for our return trip. However he did not see our message when we texted him. When we contacted Quyen, she immediately arranged the transfer for us.

Wonderful stay. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Cat Ba.

clean room without smell, nice staff. shower could do with better care. only the minibar was disturbing - noisy. you can hear the neighbors' chairs being pushed around, but nothing major. the room photos correspond to reality. breakfasts are bland, but for me it's not a big problem.
