The rooms were beautiful, Spacious and decorated exquisitely . We needed to organise a bus to get to Ninh Binh and the staff member Nguyen Phuong went out of her way organising everything for us and even turned up at where we had to meet the bus to ensure we got away alright. The Melia is very lucky to have her on staff. Also the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So much choice of food and everything so beautifully presented.Guest review bygeoffYoung couple
