Great stay, clean rooms and central location! All the staff were amazing, especially Ms Lisa, one of the receptionist. I appreciated how transparent they were with the noise, as there is a nightclub right next door. They were very reassuring that they would be happy to move me to another hotel if the noise was too disruptive.

- The location is excellent, just right in the old quarter, so close to shops, restaurants and pubs. - The hotel foyer is beautiful, nicely decorated - Exceptional customer service from the staffs. They are very professional, thoughtful, friendly and helpful. we received a warm welcome from the managers and her staffs and checked in at the table and got some welcome drinks and sweets. They also organised rental motorbike for us and gave us some recommendations for local foods. They speak excellent english. - The rooms are pretty with lovely furniture and clean. We got the terrace room in the first 2 nights. They are the best with your own terrace. We had to move to another suite with balcony as the terrace room was only available for 2 nights. The other room was great too. the beds are very comfortable. - Breakfast is good, mix of Vietnamese and western foods. - The staff also gave us a big thank you and accompanied us to the car.

The room is super clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious and has every amenities you need. Its right in the center of pho co so lots of great restaurant and cafes nearby. The best part is the exceptional service from every staff in the hotel. They upgraded us up a room and are always smiley and friendly the whole time we were there. Service was exceptionnal. the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast daily was delicious with a nice variety. I had a massage and a facial that were so relaxing and wonderful. We spent some time at the rooftop bar which has great views of the city along with great bartenders.
