The hotel staff (managers to receptionists to concierge) ensured that our comfort was top priority - we were a family of 5 with three teenagers. They were kind enough to allow us early check in 3 hours before (they didn't have to; thank you once again). At each interaction with the staff they went above and beyond to ensure guests comfort. The location of hotel is great (if you like to explore the old city on foot, look no further). The hotel staff is kind enough to arrange and recommend top tour operators.

Staff were highly professional, friendly and helpful. Communicating in English was a great help. My daughter and I was on a holiday. So safety was important and it was super safe. They mixed up my laundry with someone else's. I came to know when I already left Hanoi and was in Da Nang. They sent my daughter's top to my Da Nang hotel through express service. My daughter lost an earring in their spa which they found and returned. That was quite an impressive service. Location was exceptionally convenient. It was not at all noisy. Breakfast good too. WiFi was great. They sent us a cute cake to say 'Thank you' for choose Ng their property. We parted with beautiful gifts from the hotel. These small things go a long waym will definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay in one word.

    The room is very spacious, comfy and clean. It worths staying there before you take a plane elsewhere. I wish there were more hotels like this in the city of Hanoi ;) I would have stayed there for longer time as a tourist if it was situated in the city center. Large jacuzzi bath with good pressure of hot water. AC was in good condition. English speaking reseption host. Nice breakfast.
