Everything about Banyan Tree is magical! Villas (we stayed in Lagune Villa and Hillside Villa) were well decorated, had all the amenities (iron and board, shampoo, lotion for mosquitoes, water, drip coffee, robes, different slippers etc. etc.! Pools were huge for swimming and Hillside villa also has a heated jacuzzi outside! Rooms also had a shower and bath and you can watch movies on the TV! The “resort” is maintained amazingly and everything looks like heaven! Complimentary bicycles are available as well! Restaurants are amazing! Staff, venues and menus are different but all are amazing! Saffron is our favorite!! But more then that our villa host Oanh who took care of everything for us so you only have to enjoy! She made sure we had maximum privacy and halal food available at breakfast and dinners as we are Muslims! All staff knew what we could eat/drink before we said anything and were all super professional and kind! Breakfast is wow as well! We have stayed at many top notch hotels but Banyan Tree is definitely the top of our list and you should definitely “experience” pure class!!

The staff were very attentive, and knew you by name, who the others in your post were, any food allergies eye remembered and be staff the next day were aware. Probably the best & must personalised customer service I've experienced. Our room had a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean & the pools. Our massage with Lydia was excellent. Very experienced and professional masseur.

A very good hotel in terms of price and quality. We have already stayed in 5* hotels that were of much lower quality. For us the big pluses are a large balcony and sound proof rooms. I have traveled to many places around the world and consider myself someone who has seen it all. After years of traveling, I have developed a knack for spotting a good deal. This property is a great deal. There were one or two people who left bad reviews, but I would say they don’t know what they’re talking about. You’re in Vietnam, so you must be open-minded and have realistic expectations. Everything was great. The rooms are clean, you have decent view there is WhatsApp support in case you have questions or needs, and you have access to a rooftop pool. There’s a store on the ground floor and a coffee bar. For the price, staying a week in two apartments, I can’t rate it lower than a 10.

If you are looking for a private and cozy accommodation in Da Nang where you can gather with family and friends in the evenings, I highly recommend June House! As a traveler from Taiwan, I had the pleasure of staying at June House from February 22 to 26, and it truly added a warm and homey touch to our trip. The overall interior design is beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The house features three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, and the mattresses and bedding were comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Upon our arrival, we encountered a minor issue with low water pressure due to the pump being accidentally turned off. However, we were extremely grateful for the host’s prompt assistance in resolving the issue that same evening. Afterward, the water pressure was excellent, making showers very enjoyable. Additionally, when we reported that the bathroom doors couldn’t be locked, the issue was fixed the very next day. The host was incredibly kind, efficient, and responsive, which left a lasting impression on us. The house is also well-equipped with a water dispenser, free WiFi, and a washing machine. During our stay, the host provided toiletries and trash bag replacements every two days, which we deeply appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the host and their team for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Our stay at June House made our trip even more memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you once again for offering such a wonderful place to stay!
