The accomondation is extremelly nice. The room was enormous, with nice view over the Sapa town. Every little detail was taken great care of, from the way the room is decorated, to the facilities inside the room, to the ammenities that were included. The resort contains 2 restaurants that have really nice value on their meals. There is a nice indoor swimming pool, a gym and spa. The staff was extremelly nice and responsive to every question we made, in a really nice manner.

Our stay in Sapa was truly memorable. We arrived at the hotel around 5am after an overnight bus from Hanoi, exhausted and sleepy. Tyler, a cheerful young man, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly lifted our spirits. As we waited in the lobby for our 10am check-in, the sunrise began to light up the mountains—and Tyler surprised us with two cups of hot tea. It was the perfect way to start the day, sipping tea while soaking in the breathtaking view. At 10am, we checked into a room with a stunning view that we enjoyed throughout our three-night stay. One day, we planned to visit the glass bridge and consulted Tyler about transportation. Not only did he offer helpful suggestions, but he also recommended other nearby spots to explore, making our day even more special. Though Tyler works the evening shift, he made a special trip to the hotel at noon on our departure day just to say goodbye. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. We’re deeply grateful to Tyler and the entire team for their attentive care and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our time in Sapa so unforgettable.

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
