A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. Best experience ever.

The resort boasts top-notch facilities, including a luxurious spa, a well-equipped fitness center, and a stunning indoor pool with panoramic views. The rooms were equipped with all modern amenities, including fast and free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The private bathroom was lavish, complete with high-quality toiletries and plush bathrobes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a high-quality mattress and a selection of pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent, guaranteeing peaceful nights. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their extensive knowledge of the area and thoughtful recommendations for local activities greatly enhanced our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly valued. The included breakfast was a sumptuous feast, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from international favorites to local specialties. Dining at the resort's restaurant was a highlight, with the chef's creativity and the quality of the food leaving us thoroughly impressed. Very nice new hotel. Location is great, not in the middle of the noisy action, but close enough to be at the Main Square in 5 minutes by foot. Stores, restaurants and massage in the immediate vicinity. Room was spacious and clean. There is also a sauna and whirlpool in the spa area in the basement. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a great view. The entire staff is super friendly and helpfull. A special thanks goes to Mr. Smith Tuan, who helped us a lot with our departure after a long day of hiking.

Everything was efficient, clean and comfortable. I even enjoy the massage. A special thanks goes to the staff and the girl at the receptionist who was so lovely and kind. They offered us tea both during the check in and check out time and they even gave us a bottle of water and a banana each for the road on our way back to Hanoi.

This was such an amazing property to stay at, very much unexpected… Room was super quaint, hosts were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, we even had a wooden soaker bathtub in our room that was so appreciated after day of hiking !!Would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve!

Great location with a beautiful view to the valley. Very relaxing atmosphere to wind down. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The best part was the food, with fresh vegetables from the garden and outstanding flavours. One of the best restaurants I ever tried in Vietnam.

We traveled with two other couples. Upon arrival, served hot local tea. Reception pleasantly surprised us with complementary upgraded mountain view rooms close to each other which really made the visit to Sapa special. Later they arranged day trekking to ethnic villages with local guide. Location is ideal near the church, restaurants,, Sun Group for Fansipan cable car, etc. Breakfast has good mix of Asian and Western dishes, eggs prepared to order. Luxury trains back to Hanoi were all booked, but the manager worked diligently to search, find and book us in three 2X suites. Would definitely stay here again!

    Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
