The hotel is beautiful. The staff on reception were so helpful from the moment we arrived, particularly Lala who was brilliant and helped us book everything we needed. The spa treatment was wonderful and well worth it - we returned twice. The staff there were great. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

All are good services here. Very helpful front desk 林兒 is always do me a favor about my stay and trip to Fansipan mountain. And arrange of the ticket for me. By the way the massage and the sauna are good here. The room is super clean . Also can use to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.👍 And the breakfast always delicious every morning . The nice service also in the restaurant. Super high recommended the wonderful hotel…

    Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
