The staff were exceptional. Very professional and friendly. The hotel is excellent. The food, location and facilities are all brilliant.

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles. The hotel was amazing… the staff were so helpful. The facilities were lovely, amazing spa and massages. The ski hire shop and lockers being located in the basement made the whole process easier… and a mini bus took us to the gondola…

The apartment itself was a gem - beautifully decorated and furnished, it felt like a cozy retreat after a day on the mountains. What truly set this experience apart was the hospitality of our host. He was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free ski vacation in a stunning setting.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Facilities were great, super comfy bed and the bathroom was well equipped with a nice brand of toiletries too. Amazing views - especially from the hottub!
