I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Rooms at the Acta Arthotel are soundproofed and air conditioned. There is free water in the minibar. Each spacious room has a TV Location was great. Food was perfect especially the fresh orange juice was just refreshing. Staff were really nice.

Elegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 18 km from Real Club de Golf de Cerdaña. We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is beautiful and very cosy and the owners really made us feel at home. We also really liked the sustainable aspect of it. The spa was great too and an amazing experience sitting in the hot tub and sauna looking at the mountains :) we highly recommend it and will come back for sure! :)
