Such an exceptional, absolutely amazing hotel - the level of service here is literally perfect to the t. From the first moment you enter the lobby that looks very much like a scene from titanic through the awesome staff and beautiful panoramatic views (at least from our sea view room) to the tiniest details such as everyday notes from our butlers left at our room when we returned from the beach or pool in the evening - all of it makes you feel like you never ever want to leave. This trip was mostly just to try something new but left us so amazed we will be back for sure. Special thanks to Mahoni and Fauzi, our butlers, Kumar and manager Rajkumar, who took care of us during breakfasts, Arimardan Kumar, the manager of Catch, who made sure our experience was unforgettable and really made us feel special by his great hospitality and attention to every detail, and all the staff that went out of their ways to ensure we had everything. Everything else is great as well: beautiful and modern rooms, great beach and pools, amazing restaurants. But the service is really outstanding - the staff has a personal touch and is always extremely helpful in any situation. By the way, breakfasts are top quality as well:)

Located on a private beach with panoramic views of the strait in Abu Dhabi, this exclusive property offers Arabic gondola rides and the lavish CHI, The Spa featuring outdoor pools and massage... We just returned from 6 days on Shangri-La Abu Dhabi. It was extraordinarily, the place is one of the best we've been in the world (and we've been in many). Room (we had a simple one) was good for a family (with a 10 yr kid), bath is enormous and well segmented, great view to the Grand Mosque and canal, great beach, pool, incredible rich breakfast buffet, I believe they missed just caviar :-). Also dine on the Chinese restaurant and had the brunch with brazilian dancers and singers ... all great experiences. BUT the most important are people that made us felt CARED ! I wanted to put some names but they added, people from the restaurant, starting with manager to each of them, on the beach, the Concierge - so helpful to explain where to go, what to do, provide advises. Last but not least, the reception which let us to stay in the residence after checking out till our late flight. By the way, if I'll be back - I'll choose residence for a longer stay, the apartment was great, it's part of the hotel with separate beaches, pools, playgrounds but you ca also access the hotel facilities. Did I mentioned they have their own mini-mall (souk) where you find good restaurants and some nice shops, just walking 3 minutes in the hotel OR being taken by a private abra ? You feel like you have your own Venice Have to stop but I conclude by saying next trip we'll check first for Shangri-La, even if little more expensive and than other choices. So sad they do not have a Maldives hotel ...

Wonderful service from La Terrazza staff for their time and services, the restaurant is really a busy one but all the staffs are well organized making it look easy and smooth, first i want to thank the Omelet chef for the sumptuous Omelet Chef Amshu, Prakash and Pradeep, I will like to say thanks to the Hostesses who always take us to the sit us down for breakfast, Edna, Monica, Sanjitha also the restaurant manager Christian for his great wisdom to put all that crowd in a good shape, Appreciation the Yonas, and Richard for job well-done we enjoyed it all

Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. We were initially worried that the place might feel a bit outdated, but the wonderful staff and good management make this hotel a beautiful and comfortable choice. Our stay was very enjoyable, and the breakfast is a dream. The hotel also offers interesting restaurant options, which we found practical.

Located at the heart of the capital, InterContinental Abu Dhabi is situated on the beach and a 10-minute drive from bustling downtown. Everything the pool area and the beach was very nice. Rooms spacious and comfortable and nice touch that there was free water everyday in the room but also at the pool. especially the lounge was very very nice. The food and staff was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
