The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

Some units offer a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Everything. Room (got an upgrade to a suite). Breakfast. Hygiene. Clean. Quite. Modern new feeling. Super friendly staff. Could not think of anything bad to say. So far, by far the best hotel I stayed in Riyadh.

Local excursions can be arranged by the tour desk. This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.
