The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. Located in Dubai, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. A beautiful resort with first rate facilities. We enjoyed very much the private beach (the jet skis were a great fun!), the specious swimming pool and the breakfast with its Indian dishes. The staff was professional and well attentive to our needs. In addition, we had a wonderful dinner in the Indian restaurant with some later drinks and shisha in the shish lounge next to the beach. The English pub was great offering many of the dishes and games you expect to find in an English pub. We booked through the travel agency an afternoon desert safari which was a great experience. The rooms were comfortable offering all the amenities needed to a great sojourn.

Our family and friends can't find words to describe your hotel staff hospitality! Everything clean and location for driving everywhere, also good. Nearby the Frame (2 km) and Obelisk (padel, tennis, MALL), good tip also GIFTS VILLAGE for cheaps souvenirs. One good thing also for budget travelers - tons of good and cheap food places nearby. The best restaurant was behind the hotel called "Wadi al barakah". Many supermatkets nearby and food market with ideal mangos :) Thank you for making our vocation ideal! PS: Rooms are realky spacious!
