The hotel is new, opened last year, and very modern. I had the suite 401, what can I say, I could see the sea from my bed when the curtains were open. The beach is just across the street, sunbeds were free. Breakfast is buffet, but has anything you could possibly want. It is the same every day, bur you can create your own combinations. All the staff are super nice and friendly. But, I must point out Bella, the owner who also works in the hotel, alongside her staff. Super friendly, smile and patience for everyone. I have some mobility issues, but she was there helping me, running pharmacy errands for me, genuinely caring, checking to see how I was. When the soles of my flipflops separated, she found the super glue to fix them - they lasted till the end of my stay, but she offered to go to town and buy a pair. An amazing lady. I would also like to point out the great massage lady Anisa. Her daily massages really helped my legs You can find many modern hotels everywhere, but you won't find such passionate, dedicated, customer-service oriented staff everywhere. You will find that at Mazarine Hotel. I was deeply touched, honestly. I would gladly return to this hotel. Excellent, thank you dear staff for everything. P.S. they have beach towels, just ask for them. That's great because towels can occupy a lot of space in the suitcase.

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Andon Lapa Hotel & Spa is situated in Sarandë in the Vlorë County Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and a private beach area. The property was beautiful. The location was very close to everything you could need or want to experience in Sarande, while still being private and a quiet oasis from the loud music and bustling Sarande promenade. The private beach was a huge bonus. The gym was brand new and had more equipment than your average hotel, you could get a serious workout in, if you wanted to. The staff offered to pick us up from the ferry terminal and drop us off at the bus station which made our arrival and departure a breeze. We felt very spoiled staying here and would definitely return.

Very helpful when we needing information or help with taxi, restaurants… The facility is also close to most restaurants and beach clubs. The rooms were large and clean with a very nice balcony.

The cleanliness was outstanding – the room was spotless and the bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh. The entire space felt very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The only small downside was the bathroom, which was a bit tight, but it was still very clean and functional. Overall, a fantastic experience – I would definitely come back!

A wonderful hotel in a great location — not lost in the busy, noisy city center, yet not too far out on the edge either. It feels perfectly placed, offering both convenience and peace. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the staff — always warm, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment. They responded quickly and did their best to resolve every request. A special thanks to Kiwra, Aishu, and Brilund for their kindness and support. From the balcony, the view of the sunsets was absolutely breathtaking — one of those moments you look forward to each evening.

Modern, clean, Alde was super nice, very patient and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beautiful dining room. Not too sure about location, it was a stopover for us. Only good things to say about this place

Incredible nice service, the breakfast was delicious and you can get drinks there at night as well. It’s around 8 minutes away from the beach so you can easily walk there. Had a lot of nice conversations, super friendly and really informative. Also if you have any questions or if you need something, you will get all the support you need! Thanks a lot for this great stay - I highly enjoyed it and would recommend it!
