The staff were so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon. They helped us coordinate activities in the national park and provided transportation. It was overall a wonderful experience!

And the location was excellent, close enough to the central downtown area with good shopping and great dining choices, but far enough away to be able to have a very peaceful rest at the end o the day. REALLY enjoyed our stay here.

These were some of the best looking rooms we stayed in throughout our trip in South America. Facilities were excellent in terms of facilities. Kitchen equipment, beds, the bathroom, sockets were all excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled with another friend who had better accommodation for just a few pounds more. This would have easily accommodated us in 2 separate rooms and would have booked this for the three of us had we known.
