The outdoor areas are amazing with a wonderful lake view. Super relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I can only suggest it to anyone who wants to relax in a cosy but elegant environment.

People were friendly and staff was lovely and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and views were breathtaking. The forest and field/trail walks were lovely and hiking and swimming were our major pass times as well as visiting with friends. The indoor swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor pond a great plunging pond in September after a hot tub visit. Dinners were exceptional and breakfast is "healthy" with many choices. There is always a vegan/vegetarian option available.

The hotel owners were very nice. They helped me get from the nearest town to the hotel and back, which was very kind of them. The room was clean, very cozy, had everything necessary and even more. I am very grateful to the hotel owners for the help they provided me.

Offering an infinity pool with a sunbathing lawn, a spa area, a restaurant, and a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Attersee and the mountains, Hotel Irmgard is located in Strass im Attergau, 5 km... This property made it hard to leave Attersee. I adored the staff as well as the property. The parking is free, located in the front of the property. The bikes available for borrowing were a nice addition, too. If you prefer E-bikes, I would recommend renting them in the village. The breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed having an assigned seat, I recommend the dinner, there is no need to go anywhere, as the staff provide a 4-course meal and one night, the Austrian buffet was great after hiking 30km. The property is kind to dogs, and there's a great walking path nearby. The room was spacious, with a spa shower and a beautiful terrace, overlooking the forest behind. I will forever adore the Attersee.

This is an incredible place, fully private villas, great service and amazing cleanliness. We booked 2 villas: one for us and one for our son with a family with a baby. Everyone was delighted. Yes, it is expensive. But it is worth it.
