This 5-star superior hotel enjoys a unique location on top of the Mönchsberg, a hill in the centre of Salzburg. The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at, featuring beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, an amazing location, terrific food, and warm and caring staff. We particularly enjoyed our time in the pool, walking through the park near the hotel to the elevator which takes you down to the old town, and relaxing in our rooms.

Very comfortable space. Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Easy access to the buses into Salzburg. 20 mins bus ride. Supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away.

Hotel Doktorwirt enjoys a quiet location in the southeastern part of Salzburg, only a few minutes away by car or bus from the centre. Parking is available free of charge. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and it's located outside the city center so you have a nice calm atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are fantastic.
