Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. I have traveled the world, and I can easily say this was one of the nicest stays in my life! I was visiting Grossarl from Vienna for a long weekend to hike the alps and relax at the spa. Not only were the location and facilities absolutely beautiful, clean, and cozy, the staff was so attentive and professional. Everything felt like a dream- from being greeted with a welcome sekt to a lovely note with my name on it and complimentary chocolates in the room, to allowing a late check out and sending me off with a small gift of their own homemade smoked salt, everything was just perfect. I was treated so well by such friendly people. The dinners were an absolute highlight- each dish was brilliantly crafted and presented, and the taste almost made me cry. I have been telling my family and friends about Grossarlhof, and will continue to spread the word- my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in!

The staff and charm of this place where second to none. The family vibe was both respectful and familiar. Breakfast was amazing as was the one dinner I had. I loved the pool and sauna.
