Not my first stay and I was again totally delighted with the room allocated - with a balcony overlooking the lake - very peaceful and relaxing. Excellent wifi signal, nice bathroom and good TV channel choices. Good food in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. An historical building and all in all, very good value. I shall therefore continue to return to the Schwan when overnighting between Vienna and Salzburg.

Location is great, not so far from the train station and close to the lakeside. My room had a balcony and was overlooking the wonderful view. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. WiFi is speedy.

Great location in the calm, next to the river and with a nice view, just 5min walk to city centre. Perfect for a relaxing stay and if you want to stay active - jog, cycle. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious room. Free e-bike rental is a great add-on to discover the area.

The room and the bathroom were spacious, I really apricieted large shower we had view on the mountains, although the hotel is in the middle of the neighbourhood. The small fridge and microwave oven hidden in the wardrobe were pleasure suprise. Breakfast was great and the dinning room was cozy.

The view from the bed was spectacular . The room was very modern spacious and extremely comfortable . We had a bath as well as a shower . Good location , close to cafes and restaurants . We loved the walking tracks in the hills .
