Loved the location, beautiful view. Michaela was lovely and met us when we arrived. The home had everything we needed with basics like coffee, sugar etc provided. The farm fresh eggs and drinks waiting in the fridge was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable as was the bench seating in the kitchen area. We loved using the hot tub and it was fun making our own fire to heat up the water. Would highly recommend this rental.

Our expectations were high from the photographs and previous reviews but when we arrived the beauty of the space and its surroundings absolutely blew us away. The hosts went out of the way to make our stay utterly perfect and I would absolutely recommend this place for a romantic get away in the mountains. We cannot wait to come back.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a seating area and satellite TV. The rooms have a double bed with separate mattresses. I like the peacefulness. The location is a bit far from Markt, but it is close to the bus stop. The view was super! We booked the smallest room, and we got the one with a balcony, which is helpful for us as we were traveling with a child. I totally recommend this place.
