Parking on the street is available, and there are clear instructions (please do follow them!) on what to do. But above everything—the hostess! She is always ready to help, answer any questions, and resolve any issues! The pan was severely scratched to the point it was almost unusable. We asked for it to be replaced, and 15 minutes later, a cleaning lady brought us the new one! Amazing service that is very rare these days. On the day of check-in, we could not find a special "blue card" for parking, which I reported to the hostess. The hostess said she would bring it in an hour, but we didn't want to wait and went to Vienna Center. When we returned, we found a parking ticket on the windshield of our car. The hostess came the next morning and paid the parking ticket! It is rare to find Airbnb owners who care about their guests this much.

This property was amazing. The room. We got up graded to a suite. Lovely big room with a great big bath and shower. Bed was comfortable. You could call room service and they would bring you a selection of self care luxury’s to use. The breakfast was excellent and the 360 view of Vienna was fabulous. We also had a cocktail in the bar in the evening that’s was nice too. Staff very helpful and location was only a 7 minute walk from st Stephen’s. I recommend this hotel.
