In the front there is a little park with a small playground. A pharmacy is a 100m away and a supermarket (Billa) 300m. Bus 66a brings you to Reumanplatz where the legendary ice salon Tichy may be found. But this area offers retail outlets as well and gives you access to the metro. Highways to all directions are close by so making day trips outside Vienna is easy. Westfield shopping Mall Wien Süd is a 20 min drive away.

We had the blue room and the size was great. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and smelled clean. It is an incredible place for its price in vienna.

Really enjoyed our stay and it is near halal eateries so food options were amazing! The private hot tub and sauna is a unique feature and the place was immaculately clean with basic necessities provided in the kitchen along with welcome biscuits and tea/coffee was available too.

The apartment we stayed in was truly fantastic. It was easily accessible by car and public transport, with the tram 25 being conveniently close. We requested a parking space in the garage of the house and were pleased to have been provided one, as it made our trip much easier. The hospitality and communication with the hosts were simply outstanding. The apartment was well-equipped, boasting a fully equipped kitchen area, a hydromassage tub in the bathroom, and a jacuzzi outside on the terrace. I highly recommend this apartment for either leisure or business trips!
