We asked for it to be replaced, and 15 minutes later, a cleaning lady brought us the new one! Amazing service that is very rare these days. On the day of check-in, we could not find a special "blue card" for parking, which I reported to the hostess. The hostess said she would bring it in an hour, but we didn't want to wait and went to Vienna Center. When we returned, we found a parking ticket on the windshield of our car. The hostess came the next morning and paid the parking ticket! It is rare to find Airbnb owners who care about their guests this much.
