Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre. The hotel staff were excellent…friendly, helpful, obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was really good, delicious food, again served by excellent staff. We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel.

Our room was notably spacious, providing us with ample space to unwind and relax after our daily adventures in Melbourne. The elegant design and comfortable furnishings further contributed to a serene and homely atmosphere that truly set the stage for a memorable stay. We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the room service, which consistently delivered super services. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and kindness, always attending to our needs with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention must be made about the chief concierge, whose recommendations greatly enhanced our experience in Melbourne. His insightful advice allowed us to discover local gems and experiences we might have otherwise overlooked. Facilities were fantastic. Kids loved the pool, gym and sauna. Host was so responsive and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean.

Arrival staff were friendly and helpful, the private spa barrels were wonderful, the room was beautifully furnished with no expense spared on floor finishes, linen, furniture, Japanese crockery. Ambiance from lighting and the planting outside was beautiful. Arrival chocolates and prosecco cans was a nice touch, and the breakfast hamper was lovely. Bed was super comfy, and the heat lamps in the shower, and heated towel rails were great!
