Great view looking out to Fitzroy Garden and the MCG. Hotel staff members are very professional and helpful, with great energy as well. I have to say that Mr. Walker is exceptionally outstanding when it comes to receiving guests at the front gate. He deserves a big bonus steak. Also, bed and pillows in my room are just wonderful, by far the softest I've ever experienced during my travel in the world. I've had the best sleep in many years. Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River. The view from the room was fantastic and location was very convenient! Staffs were very friendly and breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and my requested baby cot was prepared in advance. My family really enjoyed the stay!
