Impressive view to the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming. No outdoor pool, but that is not a lacking point, you will not miss it, as the indoor pool is open to the terrace. Restaurant in-house, but in 10 minutes walking you find traditional restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere. The rooms or apartments are modern and comfortable, either in the main building or in separate smaller houses of the resort. Dobrinishte is 8km from Bansko centre, has different and more rural character, and nice cablecar for hiking up in the mountains. To be repeated, for sure.

The staff is nice, the hotel is child friendly, the Spa area is spacious, the breakfast was diverse, I appreciated that they serve also honeycomb.

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The place was perfect for my friend and me. The hot tub and sauna are great after a day on the mountain. The owner was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again.
