Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. 1) The design of the hotel territory is well thought out and implemented 2) Amazing views of the surrounding area. The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Thank you!

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Loved the space, lots of room. Location is great, near the spa. Rooms are clean and well organized, we had a very pleasant time there. The host is very welcoming, one of the best we had so far in our travels.

Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rendy is the most thoughtful host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible. Rendy had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Rendy for such a wonderful time ! We will be back.
