Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. Apartment was very spacious and warm. Good selection of TV channels including Netflex. Very close to town and gondola. Pleasant view towards the river and mountains. Good variety of deserts.

Swimming pools and saunas are wonderful, warm water, very clean and quiet and not crowded at all, could find many empty sunbeds. Breakfast was very good, with enough options to pick from. Coffee was pretty ok. Staff very friendly. Parking was large. Great place to relax a bit if you have a long way ahead to drive, or even a good option to spend a few days there and relax.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
