Very friendly helpful staff - especially Marian, very polite and professional. Wonderful facilities; pools (heated one for hotel guests only), Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massage..everything you could want. Big spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with a fresh variety “buffet” style. We love the breathtaking panoramic view from the VIP suites - we chose VIP “Plastic” but they all have unique interiors. Lunch and dinner was delicious as well - plenty of options and everything is freshly made in house with a lovely presentation. Last but not least the gym is amazing and there is a large selection of equipments to use.

I was allocated room "New York", larger than expected with a balcony, nice 👍, the room was immaculate, thank :-)
