Everything was awesome! 😄 Great location, value for price with free private parking! Lucky us we got a free room upgrade and free cot for our baby! The lakeview from the balcony was marvelous! The room was beautiful and clean! ❤️ The breakfast was delicious and we got to choose from various type of foods, drinks, coffee and pastries🥞☕️. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Great service. Sarkis was great, I had an issue that the gym wasn’t open. Got up graded, free entrance to spar and he took the time to show me where local gym is. 2 minute walk across the undercover bridge at a cost of €5 per time. Perfect 🤩 Breakfast also superb and can well recommend Happy restaurant on site of hotel. Food and service were exquisite.

Another visit, may our fourth one. Standards are still at a very high level for everything. Best and most generous breakfast ever. Polite and caring staff, ready to solve even the smallest problem. Very clean and welcoming. Parking is not a problem. Next to the villa is a nice and cosy authentic Bulgarian restaurant.
