A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The studios were very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The management is exceptional!

The accommodation has a sauna and a hot tub. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. The place is located in the heart of Borovets, literally in front of a lift and the slope. The apartment is probably one of the most comfortable and luxurious apartments I've ever stayed at. We had an amazing vacation here. The host was extremely friendly and helpful - any issue or question we had was addressed immediately. Would certainly come back.

Very nice and helpful staff really going above and beyond so you can have a good stay.

You can choose from nice country-style rooms, where you will spend restful nights. A great and very inviting area within the hotel is the tavern with its open fireplace, where you can taste dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisines. For your morning or afternoon tea or coffee there is a beautiful winter garden. Very tasty food and good service, not far from the center

Hotel facilities include a sauna, a relax center bath and a fitness area. This place was great! The staff is super friendly, the hotel lounge is very cozy and invites you to relax. The food was very good, this definitely exceeded our expectations. The sauna is nice. Location is quite good if you leave your skis in a locker at a rental place (easy to fix). All in all a great stay.
