The hotel has the best SPA in the region. The animation for the kids was great, the two ladies really know how to entertain children. There was a good choise of food, both breakfast and dinner. For sure we're returning back in near future!

The spa and the pools, the ebtire facilities including those for the kids. The comfort of the hotel which is elegant, classic, the view from the terrace and from the main pool is beautiful. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, the second time here, we wish to come back and we recommend it further.

Modern clean Swiss like chalet property in the middle of the Bulgarian mountains and forest, a dream destination. Highly recommended. The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

Breakfast was different every day, local specialties, and was super delicious. We loved our time there
