From the very beginning, the owner showed an outstanding level of hospitality and professionalism. He kindly upgraded us for free from the sauna room we had originally booked to a spacious suite with both a private jacuzzi and sauna, which was an incredible surprise. Since we didn’t have cash on us, he even paid for our parking himself and waited with us until we parked the car, making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Throughout our stay, he proved to be the perfect host – extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile. The combination of kindness, respect, and true professionalism made us feel not just like guests, but like valued friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a host who truly goes above and beyond. We will definitely return!
