Room is a great size and has amazing a/c for our scorching summer days. Also, do not have far of a walk to the indoor pool even if you have the farthest room. Hot tub hours are 24/7 and in a beautiful, secluded spot for privacy and can actually have fun and be loud. The pool hours are great! 10am to 9pm, as well as both the pool and hot tub are very clean! Never tried the sauna, but it looks like it would fit 2 people comfortably.

We were on vacation with our family, I read the comments before coming, people wrote about many shortcomings, but we really liked everything, I gave this hotel the highest score, for a three-star hotel it is very appropriate. The room also had a refrigerator that worked a hairdryer and a microwave, there was also a small coffee pot, the air conditioning worked, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the bed linen was clean, the towels were excellent, the pool was wonderful, we had great fun, the children were delighted. Bunk bed for children, like a separate cabin. They wrote that people didn’t like breakfast, but I’ll write what was for breakfast - several types of yogurt, milk, 4 types of cereal, buns, pancakes, bagels, apples, oranges, tea, coffee, juices, a sufficient number of disposable boxes for every taste, butter, Philadelphia cheese, 4 types of jams. We ate in the morning and moved on. We will definitely come back to this hotel and to this beautiful city of Windsor! Thank you 😊❤️
