My husband and I got married right before our stay and were greeted with congratulations, champagne, strawberries, and roses all over our room. We did the couples massage at the Xylia spa in the hotel and have never felt more pampered! This is a bucket list stay forsure

A cable TV is included in each guest room. We booked the Fairmont before our midnight flight to Australia. It was such a great way to prepare for our flight. Rogers Arena is 10 minutes’ walk from this Vancouver hotel. I booked a room but was upgraded to a suite and after 4 nights on the train from Toronto it was a wonderful surprise. The bed was comfy and the room peaceful and I had a good night's sleep. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The facilities were excellent It was possible to walk to the Waterfront and central for sightseeing and only a short taxi from the station. I ate lunch and the food and service were very good. My burger was cooked medium rare just as I like it. I didn't have breakfast as I was leaving early for the train. I would definitely go back when next in Vancouver with or without an upgrade. I was disappointed I didn't have time to check out the pool and sauna.

At the homestay, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. It is a very comfortable and cozy place with all the facilities. Decorated so amazingly. It is really a wonderland. I would love to book again as and when I visit Vancouver. The hosts are really supportive and communicative.

The view over Rogers Arena and BC Place is absolutely stunning. We stayed 2 nights and would love to have been able to stay longer, it was such a sumptuous experience. The instructions for accessing the building and the apartment were very clear. The space was also very clean. We had to search a bit for the extra bedding for the pull out couch but they were available at least (in the main bedroom small closet).
