An indoor swimming pool, hot tub and a fitness centre are featured at this Vancouver city centre hotel. A tablet computer and free WiFi are offered in each guest room. Canada Place is 1.5 km away. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hot tub and heated pool was luxurious.

It was a beautiful, serene setting. The inn was elegant while warm and inviting. The animals were fun to visit. The staff were lovely.

We walked everywhere and should have booked it for a few more days just so we could hit all the yummy looking bars and restaurants. The bedding is great and the beds were comfortable.

The hottube and swimmingpool was really nice.
