Very comfortable and close to most everything. Staff were great!! Especially Tom, who was most helpful dealing with the Air Canada situation.

We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. I booked a room but was upgraded to a suite and after 4 nights on the train from Toronto it was a wonderful surprise. The bed was comfy and the room peaceful and I had a good night's sleep. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The facilities were excellent It was possible to walk to the Waterfront and central for sightseeing and only a short taxi from the station. I ate lunch and the food and service were very good. My burger was cooked medium rare just as I like it. I didn't have breakfast as I was leaving early for the train. I would definitely go back when next in Vancouver with or without an upgrade. I was disappointed I didn't have time to check out the pool and sauna.

The hosts were very accomodating, helpful, and friendly, and the cats were very sweet. All the nice little touches to make us feel welcome, and beautiful art. I will certainly stay here again! I want to emphasize, it was truly exceptionally clean.

Spacious DT 2-BDR High-rise with view, pool, gym nằm ở khu vực trung tâm Vancouver và có bể sục. The apartment is amazing! The view over Rogers Arena and BC Place is absolutely stunning. We stayed 2 nights and would love to have been able to stay longer, it was such a sumptuous experience. The instructions for accessing the building and the apartment were very clear. The space was also very clean. We had to search a bit for the extra bedding for the pull out couch but they were available at least (in the main bedroom small closet).

Alfonso went out of his way to welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. At arrival he offered to carry our bags inside and welcomed us with a welcome drink. The room was top notch and it included complementary waters, coffee, tea, cream, apples and candy. Alfonso opened and closed the hot tub for us. The breakfast was superb! Salish B&B offers a complimentary continental breakfast or you can opt for the extra warm breakfast. Alfonso takes the time to get to know you and makes sure everything is ok. At the same time he makes sure he gives you privacy. We definitely will be back! Next time we will make sure to book some spa time with Alfonso’s wife Michelle who runs a day spa on the premises.
