Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

Situated in Niagara Falls, less than 1 km from Niagara Falls Train Station, Serenity Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is located 1.9 km from Casino Niagara, 3 km from Skylon Tower and 3 km from Old Falls Street. The hotel provides a hot tub and a shared kitchen. My room was spacious well equipped and incredibly clean. The Serenity Inn is just a short 15 minute walk to the falls and centre of town but far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle and be relaxed and quiet. Diana and her team were so friendly and hospitable and the breakfasts were fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommended the Serenity Inn it is fantastic!

Nice rooms and a very nice host, quiet neighborhood. Very affordable compared to most places.

Everything at Villa di Casa was built and planned to bring a little piece of Italy to PEC. The outdoor of Villa di Casa is so relaxing, with a hot tub to enjoy at the end of day while watching the stars. At arrival we received a warm welcoming with some tips on places to visit. This has to be one of the best places we stayed in.
