A gratuitidade dos snacks e bebidas do quarto foi ótima e aproveitamos a comodidade. A cama era muito confortável e o quarto insonorizado. O spa era muito bom, com 4 saunas e 1 banho turco disponíveis, e ainda o jacuzzi externo que tinha uma vista maravilhosa e uma sala de relaxamento com chás. O hotel fica muito perto de Grindelwald Bahnof (5mins) mas existe serviço de transfer disponível. Em suma, voltaremos ao Bergwelt Grindelwald!

The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Smiling and friendly staff. 121 bus runs to the train station and on to Grindelwald Terminal from in front of the hotel. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

I would rate it 11 if I could. A spacious villa uphill in the quiet countryside of Switzerland with everything a family needs. A massive garden overlooks the village with swings for children to play. The beds are so comfy that we almost fell asleep immediately. Clean everywhere. A lot of options for breakfast, even some homemade products. 3 bathrooms and toilets for the guests! One of the bathroom has a big bath tub. We only stayed 1 night so didn't have time to use it. The property has 2 floors and the land lady slept in an extended part on the ground floor. She took care of us and cleaned the table and kitchen after our dinner and breakfast. At first I felt a little awkward that the land lord was around. But she is so friendly and kind that you almost feel you are served by a caring mother and a granny of my kids. She couldn't speak English very well but still made the effort to chat with us using Google Translate. My wife and kids had been afraid of dogs for a long time due to negative experience from before, but her dog "Mo" gave us a calm and friendly feeling that my kids started to play with it the next morning. On our departure she gave us a full bag of food including home-made jams and bread to eat on our way home. What a hospitality! We feel home here and will never forget such a warm-hearted land lady!

The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

Great for families lots of extra touches- animal toys in the rooms, toys and games in the shared living spaces. Great kitchen, we all loved the outdoor spaces. Would definitely return.

Hotel Zeit & Traum Privat SPA encontra-se em Beatenberg, a 31 km de Grindelwald Terminal e a 35 km de Giessbachfälle. A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional — everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. I like everything, not first time hère! Beautiful nature, tasty food, spa, service. Everything was perfect ❤️
