The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean, with good space and modern. The staff were amazing, everyone especially Dani was incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the Umami restaurant had amazing food and the buffet breakfast was great.

The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The staff was super nice and friendly, the breakfast had variety and delicious. Even the slippers in the room was very good. The room had eveything we would need, and the view was excellent! We didnt want to leave our room! They gave us cookies for the road when we checked out:)

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. The location was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was delightful. Most of all, we loved the beautiful tennis court — such a unique highlight! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Adelboden again in the future.

The hotel was well located in Wengen and gave an easy access to the slopes. We had someone pick us up at the train station, which was extremely convenient when arriving with all the ski gear. The breakfast food was amazing and there was a great tea selection!
