Also, the Umami restaurant had amazing food and the buffet breakfast was great.

A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. The hotel is beautiful and its very convenient to travel to the town center because the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could be back again.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. The location was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was delightful. Most of all, we loved the beautiful tennis court — such a unique highlight! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Adelboden again in the future.

The Hotel Caprice boasts a perfectly quiet, but very central location in the mountain village of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland, and offers you impressive views of the mountains. THE BEST stay for my first trip to Grindelwald!! Everything about this family run hotel was lovely - the people, the views, the room, the breakfast. I highly recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful stay - this is the place!! They made me feel so welcomed as a solo traveler, while checking me in late at night when my luggage was lost at the airport. This hotel felt like a home away from home. Thank you! The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.
