My wife and I stayed at Grindellodge for 4 nights, and we could not be happier with our experience. It was truly awesome from start to finish. The interior design is unique and delightful, featuring Japanese-inspired furniture and homely colors that make the space feel warm and inviting. On the practical side, the room was perfect. There was an excess of storage and plenty of places to hang our belongings, something we always miss in hotels. We also appreciated the thoughtful accessibility settings on the TV, which worked exactly as they should. The room even had its own heaters that made the space incredibly cozy. I ended up oversleeping more than once, wrapped in warmth like I was in a soft cocoon. Breakfast was another highlight. They kindly adjusted it to accommodate our needs and served it with such care that it genuinely felt personal. Everything in the lodge carries that same feeling. The whole place is clearly set with love and attention, and you feel it in every detail. We loved the calm location and spending time on the balcony soaking in the beautiful views. As a side note, I found myself treating the lodge as if it were my own home, because that is how safe, comfortable, and naturally welcoming it felt. But above all, the staff made our stay unforgettable. They were so sweet and treated us like family throughout our visit. It was a genuine, heartwarming experience. We highly recommend Grindellodge and can’t wait to return.

The location is very quiet and peaceful. There is a playground where my children enjoyed a lot. The view is amazing on three sides, each facing beautiful waterfalls. This was my first time visiting Switzerland, and the accommodation made the experience excellent. The host was also kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout.

A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. The staff served us lovely drinks upon our arrival, and they were so incredible and supportive. They booked a really memorable swiss dining experience in the mountains. Additionally, the spa facility was amazing and the breakfast served was fantastic.

Situated right at the bank of the well-known Blausee lake with its crystal-clear blue water, this hotel features a gourmet restaurant offering trout and other delicious treats. We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. Breakfast was good, with a great view.

The Hotel Caprice boasts a perfectly quiet, but very central location in the mountain village of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland, and offers you impressive views of the mountains. Everything! -You are basically in front of the train station (almost) -The room was comfy and quite big -Breakfast was great -Everyone working there was super friendly and nice And on top of all that the views are magnificent! Worth every penny.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou
