The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

This hotel is the best valued for money hotel in Interlaken. The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. Everything perfect. I've lost my ID and they found it in the hotel. the staff contacted me and offered to send it back to my house by covering also the spedition expenses. thank you so much to the staff. Great experience, super recommended
