Staffs are friendly and very helpful with tourists information. Me and my father were there for 3 nights. And we love the hotel. If we come to Jungfrau region again, we will definitely come back to stay hier.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. Everything perfect. I've lost my ID and they found it in the hotel. the staff contacted me and offered to send it back to my house by covering also the spedition expenses. thank you so much to the staff. Great experience, super recommended
