The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Located in Interlaken in the Bernese Oberland, the non-smoking Hotel Artos enjoys a central location with panoramic views of the Jungfrau Region. This was a lovely hotel, set within a retirement community. The spa was wonderful at the end of a day of travelling and paragliding. The staff were very helpful. We could check in slightly early and we could leave our luggage in lockers. There is a little room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee during the stay (none provided in the room). The room itself was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hapimag Interlaken, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque town. It was truly mesmerizing! The location of the resort is perfectly central, making it easy to explore Interlaken's charming streets, shops, and restaurants. We were within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was not big but quality wise impressive. A special mention to Patricia, she was quite helpful in the breakfast section. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured our comfort and satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and just could not do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location was absolutely ideal. A very short walk to the train station and next to a local supermarket. The views are spectacular and the lodge is beautiful with so much character . Thank you so much for making our stay so special. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat … in fact we already have.

SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant is a charming family-run hotel built in typical Swiss chalet-style in Interlaken-Unterseen. It offers bright rooms with wooden décor and free internet access. Room is spacious with balcony with fantastic view. Staff are helpful and accommodating. They clean the room very well and great amenities. It is near the bus stop around 3-5 min walk but few bus stop away to interlaken west or interlaken ost. The food is great.
