The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. Wonderful staff that gave lovely amenities for my birthday and made it feel super special. Also the tennis courts were unbelievable, I was surprised that they were empty but they were really worth visiting.

It offers a large park with an outdoor wellness area with sauna and cooling pool. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. Everything,! The owners were so nice and thoughtful, the accommodations were amazing, the food was spectacular. We will be back that's for sure!

The pool area is fitted with padded daybeds. I travel a lot and lots of experience with 5-star hotels. This one is definitely in my top 3. Very large and modern with some vintage touches. Suites are huge and well equipped with tablet to operate everything. Nice sugar bar, wine bar, multiple kitchens, really nice spa. Staff is really good and sincerely polite and helpful.
