Everything was perfect. such an unbelievable experience for families and couples. Extremely welcoming staff and great facilities.

The Waldstätterhof's spa area includes a sauna, relaxation area, and fitness room. A selection of beauty and wellness treatments is available. The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. I love everything about this place. It's one of the few expensive hotels where you truly feel you're getting your money's worth. The staff are very kind, approachable, and helpful.

The units come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with bath and slippers. An oven, a microwave and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. Will be returning to experience spring as well, great all year location!

The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. Everything,! The owners were so nice and thoughtful, the accommodations were amazing, the food was spectacular. We will be back that's for sure!

The pool area is fitted with padded daybeds. It surpassed all of our expectations! Fabulous hotel, amazing facilities, great food, superb attention to details and the service is fantastic.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking.

Spa facilities include various saunas and steam baths, an ice grotto, a hot tub, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. Swimming in the lake during a hot summer day was also very nice. Thank you again for having me.
